From February 27 to March 6, EdUcAntwerp is organizing the second edition of Shoot for Dreams. Young girls who play football get to know each other and themselves during an intercultural exchange that will take place this year (2022) in Tenerife with Belgian, Spanish and Dutch football players. Methodology emerged as a technique for job search and consistent in the improvement of personal characteristics, through the perception that others have of him/herself. Personal branding is essentially the ongoing process of establishing a personal image of an individual, group, or organization based on one’s own values and competence”
